Compilation on death by Rottweiler

I am quite uneasy when the new tenant that resides in the house beside me bring their dog, an adult Rottweiler home yesterday.
What makes me uneasy is, the dog is chained at the gate dividing my house and theirs.
Just imagine if the dog is not chained? It might able to jump over the fence and bit me 😨 The horror.
Regardless this dog is chained, the chain is very long. The dog could jumped over the the fence to my porch area if it want to😱

All of these make me remember the how vicious such dog breed. Where even some countries banned Rottweiler [3]. Can read details in the link below on the compilation of death by Rottweiler.

Compilation list as below. Can click in the given link in references list for full article and video of the horror scene:

Kirubakaran (56), an assistant in the office of Additional Director General of Police, Government Railway Police and resident of Kattupakkam village near Arakkonam, India was mauled to death by his two Rottweilers on Tuesday night. He had gone to feed them when neighbours heard his screams [1]. Happened last 15 July 2016.

The black dog , named Tiger, attacked his owner, by locking its jaws around his body and choked him to death.
Mani Ram, a farm caretaker, had bought the dog to guard his home, but as he went to untie him, Tiger turned and violently ran at him.
According to eye witnesses the dog didn't stop there and went on to "maul his face and feast on the flesh from his hands and chest for more than an hour" [2]. Happened last 12 May 2017. Have video and pictures of the dead owner also here.

Some countries have banned Rottweilers altogether because of fears that the breed can be dangerous, but they are still legal in the United States. Although no states in the U.S. have a total ban on Rottweilers, some city laws are specific to Rottweilers, and not all housing communities allow residents to own the dogs.
City Bans
Some cities in the United States have banned Rottweilers under breed specific laws. For example, Collins, Mississippi, has a citywide ban on Rottweilers and pit bulls. The DogsBite website offers a complete listing of cities that ban Rottweilers and other breeds. These bans have been ruled constitutional by both federal and state courts. The bans are because of fears that some people have about Rottweilers. Although the facts are debatable, some people are concerned that all Rottweilers are bred to attack and that their owners can't control them adequately [3].

Article May 2012
In November 2003, a Rottweiler attacked M Devaraj, 10, in Island Glades, Penang. He was seriously injured
